 Make Sparkling Cold Drinks using Herbal Tea

Looking for Cold Raspberry Tea Recipes to create a refreshing cold tea drink using herbal raspberry tea mixed with other liquids to create a unique, tasty beverage?

Recipe #1 - Raspberry Champagne
(A Light Champagne Cocktail)

Note - this Tea Recipe is Not recommended for Pregnant Mothers.

Ingredients

4 tbsp. Tea - Raspberry (herbal)
2 tsp. sugar (or to taste)
1/2 bottle (approx. 400 ml) champagne, chilled
6 fresh red raspberries

Directions

Bring 1/4 cup of water to a boil, stir in the tea and the sugar, and steep for 4 minutes.

Strain and refrigerate.

When cool, pour 2 tbsps. chilled tea into each champagne flute. Add approximately 5 ounces of champagne and 3 fresh raspberries to each flute and serve!

Serves 2.

Recipe #2 - Raspberry Sparkle

You can use this same idea with other herbal teas as well!

Ingredients

2 tsp. Tea - Raspberry (herbal)
1 tbsp. sugar
8 ounces sparkling water
2 slice of lemon
ice cubes

Directions

Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil, add the tea and stir, add the sugar and stir again. Steep for 4 minutes.

Strain and refrigerate.

When cool, divide the tea between 2 tall glasses, add ice, and add 4 ounces of sparkling water to each glass.

Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and serve!
