I've been purchasing fresh baby spinach at Costco and whatever fresh berries were available, and making this salad!
Here I've combined FOUR different types of berries to give it amazing taste ... and color!
You can just add the fresh berries you have on hand - any type will do ... doesn't have to be exactly as this recipe.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

4 cups fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries

Did You Know?
Almost everyone knows that raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries are very nutritious, and that they contain many important nutrients and vitamins.
However, did you know that berries rank at the top when measuring the level of antioxidant activity in food?
Foods high in antioxidants help prevent and repair oxidative stress ("free radicals"), a process that damages body cells and has been linked to the development of diseases such as cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer's disease, among others.
Although our body does produce antioxidants naturally, this natural process, is not 100% effective, and its effectiveness declines with age.
So, including berries in your diet is a "berry" good and healthy idea!
