This smoothie contains no milk or yogurt,

but rather apple juice as the liquid ingredient!


I made this delectable smoothie today, and could not believe the refreshing taste!

Although it contains no sugar, other than the sweetened apple juice, it is plenty sweet!

One note of caution however; I do not recommend freezing this particular smoothie (to use at a later date), because the banana ingredient will cause the smoothie to turn dark on freezing.

So, make this delectable smoothie, and enjoy your creation, all at the same time!

Ingredients

2 bananas

1 cup raspberries

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup (cold) apple juice


Directions

In blender or food processor, puree together above all ingredients until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.

Serves 2.
