This recipe makes a fabulous fruit punch for any celebration that requires a fruit beverage drink.
The yield is about 16 - 1/2 cup size servings.
If you require enough of this punch for a larger size crowd, simply adjust the ingredients accordingly to make it suitable for party-size!
It can be made with or without alcohol.
Ingredients
1 can (12.5 ounces) frozen concentrated pink lemonade, thawed (undiluted)
1 can (14 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 pound frozen sliced strawberries
1/2 pound frozen raspberries
1 cup vodka (optional)
1 bottle (l litre size) lemon-lime soda (carbonated beverage)
ice ring or ice cubes
Directions
Combine the lemonade concentrate, crushed pineapple, strawberries, and raspberries in a blender.
Blend at low speed about 20 seconds, or until smooth.
Keep chilled until ready to serve.
Just before serving place the fruit mixture into the punch bowl or punch dispenser, and add vodka (optional), and the lemon-lime carbonated soda.
Add ice ring or ice cubes.
Makes approximately 16 (1/2 cup, each) servings.
