Red cocktails are especially popular for the Christmas Holiday Season, and here are three recipes for you to try.
One recipe is made with raspberries, one with cranberries and one with strawberries.
Don't forget to keep some fruit aside for garnishing the drink!

Ingredients
ice
1 1/2 ounces Chambord Vodka
8 red raspberries
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup (see recipe below)
2 ounces white cranberry juice
frozen raspberries and granulated or raw sugar, to garnish
Recipe for Simple Syrup:
Take 1 cup boiling water, and 1 cup granulated sugar, and stir the two until the sugar has totally dissolved.
Cool syrup to room temperature. Cover, and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Directions
In a cocktail shaker with ice, and add the vodka, raspberries, lemon juice, simple syrup and the white cranberry juice.
Shake and strain mixture into a martini glass.
Garnish with the frozen raspberries sprinkled with sugar on a skewer.

1 1/2 ounces Belvedere Vodka
1/4 ounce lemon juice
3 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce sparkling elderflower water
frozen cranberries, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker with ice, vodka, lemon juice and the cranberry juice.
Stir until icy cold, and strain into a fluted glass.
Add sparkling elderflower water and garnish with the frozen cranberries.
Ingredients
ice
2 ounces cream liqueur
4 medium frozen strawberries, thawed
2 ounces heavy cream (whipping cream)
pinch of icing sugar
whipped cream, and a fresh strawberry, for garnish
chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumbs, for rim
Directions
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the cream liqueur, frozen strawberries, heavy cream, and the icing sugar.
Shake vigorously and then strain into martini glasses rimmed by dipping the glass in chocolate sauce, and then into graham cracker crumbs.
Garnish cocktail with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh strawberry.
