Easy Fruit Fondue Recipe for
Fondue Party or Dessert with Optional Liqueur

Make this Easy Fruit Fondue Recipe for a fondue dip made with real fruit - berries - and optional liqueur for a dessert or party fondue!

Ingredients

3 cups fresh or frozen berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or a combination of berries

2 tbsp. corn starch

4 tbsp. liqueur (your choice), or water

Directions

In a food processor or a blender, blend the washed berries until smooth.

In a small cup dissolve the cornstarch with the liqueur or the water and stir until totally combined.

In a pan, over medium heat, stirring almost constantly to avoid sticking and burning, heat the berry puree until just boiling, then slowly add the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

Transfer to fondue pot.

Fondue with a variety of fruits and optional cake or cookie pieces.

Makes about 2 cups.
