You probably already have everything in your kitchen that you need to make these little surprise treats!
I know how all kids really like to make something special for Dad on Father's Day.
For some kids that "something special" may be a craft or something else they make for Dad all by themselves.
Other kids like to surprise Dad with a creation from the kitchen.
If the children are older they can follow their own recipe choice, and make a cake, or bake something else which is known to be Dad's favourite.
Or, perhaps they will want to make a special breakfast, brunch or dinner for their Dad.
A special dessert recipe is always popular!
Homemade gift ideas, including food gifts, are always appreciated, you can be sure!

If the children are quite young, it is not so easy for them to make something special for Dad to eat, without a lot of help from Mom, or an older sibling.
Here follow very easy and "sweet" ideas for something a youngster can make pretty well by him/herself and proudly present to Dad for breakfast or brunch on Father's Day!
Hey Kids, here is a fun and "sweet" idea to make for Dad on Father's Day!
To make Dad his toast with a "hug" and a "kiss" is very simple.
Make an "X" and an "O" out of stiff paper or cardboard, place it on the (lightly buttered, if desired) toast, and then arrange raspberry jam over top.
Remove the cardboard (discard it), and ta-da! ... you have a special "hug" and a "kiss" for Dad!
Perhaps raspberry jam is not your Dad's favourite jam, so use whatever you know to be his taste of jam.
Or, maybe your Father likes peanut butter, chocolate spread (Mmmm..."Nutella" would be an awesome choice), cheese spread ("Cheese Whiz"), caramel spread, apple spread, or something else. Be creative!
Of course, you will present this to Dad with a genuine hug and kiss!
Maybe Mom will help to make bacon and eggs to go with the toast:)
To make Dad his toast with a heart to "say", "I Love You!" is equally simple.
I use a heart shaped cookie cutter, placed on the (lightly buttered, if desired) toast, and then I spread raspberry jam inside the cookie cutter. Remove the cookie cutter, and ta-da...you have a "heart".
Again, you know your Dad's favourites, so use his choice jam, or peanut butter, or cheese spread, or chocolate spread, caramel spread, apple spread, or whatever he would find to be a scrumptious treat on His Special Day!
♥ These easy recipes will be sure to bring a SMILE:) to Dad's face, so....have your camera ready Mom! ♥
