If so, this is the perfect recipe to optimize the flavour of fresh berries ... and the sweet aroma!
I love this recipe because it presents so well, but takes little time and effort to make, so you can spend more time with the rest of your dinner menu, or your family or guests!
"Raspberries in a Cloud" proves that a dessert does not need to be a lot of work to taste SCRUMPTIOUS!
Ingredients
Note - You can substitute strawberry yogurt in the place of the raspberry yogurt if you wish.
3 cups raspberry yogurt
1 1/2 cups whipped dessert topping (Example: Cool Whip brand)or whipping cream, whipped
2 cups fresh raspberries (red raspberries or black, purple of gold raspberries)
Directions
Mix the yogurt and the whipped dessert topping with a spoon till thoroughly combined.
Gently stir in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush them too much!
Spoon into dessert cups.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
