Raspberry Cocktail
With Beer and Vodka Recipe

This Raspberry Cocktail with Beer and Vodka Recipe is a great raspberry cocktail with alcohol for a summertime drink.

If you cannot find frozen "raspberry lemonade" concentrate, you can substitute with frozen limeade, frozen lemonade, or pink lemonade concentrate.

I believe this raspberry drink recipe will be a popular drink, so you may want to buy double the ingredients so you can make it again!

Presented in drink dispenser and garnished with the sliced lemons and limes, and the raspberries, this cocktail/alcoholic punch has eye both EYE appeal and PALATE appeal!

Ingredients

3/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

3 1/2 (12 oz.) bottles beer, chilled (or Light/Lite Beer)

1 (12 oz.) container frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed

1/2 cup vodka

1 can Carbonate Beverage (Examples: "Sprite", "Mountain Dew")

lemon and lime slices for garnishing, optional

Directions

In a bowl, stir together the raspberries, chilled beer, thawed raspberry concentrate and the vodka until well combined.

Garnish with the lemon and lime slices, if desired.

Serves 6.

Tip - to make this beer cocktail recipe ahead of time, in a large bowl, stir the raspberry lemonade concentrate and the vodka together, and chill for up to a few days.

Stir in the raspberries, and the sweet carbonated beverage just before serving, and garnish if desired.

A very refreshing, not-too-sweet, summer cocktail recipe!
